Where is the board prepared and has your kitchen been inspected?

Absolutely, our kitchen is certified by the Simcoe Muskoka District Health Unit! We operate out of a private kitchen located in Tiny Township. We are also HST registered and carry an insurance policy, ensuring that our culinary creations meet the highest standards of quality and safety.

What area do you service?

We are home to the Georgian Triangle and Midland area but proudly service most of Simcoe County. Not sure if you are in our service area? Send us a message and we will happily confirm.

Do you deliver?

We offer delivery services for most of Simcoe County. The fee depends on location and will be determined upon confirmation.

Where is pickup?

We conveniently offer two locations for pickup. One is in Tiny Township (Wyevale) and the other is in Wasaga Beach (west end). You can select your preferred location on the order form.

How do I pay?

After completing the order form, we will respond via email (please check your junk folder) to confirm availability and total order price including any delivery fees and taxes. Payment in full is required to secure and confirm your order and can be sent via etransfer to hello@hollyhaire.com or be paid by credit card.

*If payment is not received within 24 hours of confirming availability, your order will be cancelled.

Can you accommodate allergies & preferences?

Our kitchen has passed a health inspection from the Simcoe Muskoka District Health Unit. We take the health and safety of our staff and products extremely seriously.

We frequently have nuts, soy, dairy, and other common allergens within our facility. We cannot guarantee that your order has not been cross contaminated but will always take precautions. In most cases we can accommodate requests pertaining to vegan, gluten free, and vegetarian orders. We are always available to answer any questions before you place an order.

Do you do large orders or events?

Yes! We have a great deal of experience with large orders and events and would love to chat with you about yours and how we can help.

How long will my order keep fresh?

We recommend our boards be consumed within the same day as pickup for optimal freshness. Our packaging does not allow your board to be stored for more than 24 hours.

What is your cancellation policy?

You will have 24hrs to confirm your order once we have sent your invoice. Please note that your order is only confirmed once payment is received; we reserve the right to release your order if payment is not received within this timeframe.

For grazing tables a deposit will be required and final numbers and payment are due 7 days before the event.

Terms and payment will be discussed for large or custom orders.

Refunds are not available once full payment is received.
